1. General Queries

Q: How can I place an order?
A: Orders can be placed through our website www.ahmedsweet.com, via WhatsApp at +92 302 0003456, or by calling our customer care team at the same number.
Support is available Monday to Sunday, from 10 AM to 8 PM.

 


 

Q: Do you accept custom or bulk orders?
A: Absolutely! We welcome bulk orders for weddings, corporate events, and special occasions.
Please contact us at info@ahmedsweet.com or call +92 302 0003456. Kindly provide at least 5 days’ notice.

 


 

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept bank transfers and all major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard).
For online orders, payment in advance is required to confirm your order.


Q: How do I know my order is confirmed?
A: After making the payment, send a screenshot of the transaction along with your order details on WhatsApp.
We’ll confirm your order and share the estimated delivery timeline.

 


 

Q: Is delivery available in Multan?
A: Yes, but only through FoodPanda. We do not take or deliver orders directly within Multan.

 


 

Q: Where are you located?
A: We currently have two outlets in Multan:

  • MDA Chowk, Multan

  • Model Town Chowk, Multan

 


2. Delivery Policy

  • Coverage: We deliver across Pakistan.

  • Delivery Time: 1–3 business days within Pakistan.

  • Tracking: A tracking ID will be shared via WhatsApp once your order is dispatched.

  • Packaging: All perishable items are packed in insulated boxes to ensure freshness.
    Please inspect your order on arrival and report any issues within 24 hours.

 


3. Refund Policy

  • Eligibility: Refunds are issued only for missing or incorrect items reported within 24 hours of delivery.

  • How to Request:
    Email us at info@ahmedsweet.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

  • Processing: Once verified, refunds will be processed within 1–3 business days to your original payment method.

  • Note: No refunds for:

    • Change-of-mind purchases

    • Courier delays

    • Opened perishable items

 


4. Exchange Policy

  • Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept exchanges.

  • However, if the error is on our end, we will replace the item at no extra cost.

Eligibility:
Exchanges are allowed for incorrect or damaged items reported within 24 hours of delivery.

How to Request:
Email info@ahmedsweet.com with your order number, photos, and a brief explanation.

Conditions:

  • Items must be in original packaging and unopened.

  • Once confirmed, replacements will be shipped within 1–3 business days.
