  • Orders are processed within 1–2 working days.

  • Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation message with tracking details via email or WhatsApp.

 

📦 4. Delivery Timeline

  • Most deliveries are completed within 2–5 working days.

  • Delivery time may vary due to weather, courier delays, or public holidays.

  • A tracking number will be shared once your order is dispatched.

  • You can track your parcel using the courier’s official website.

 

📬 6. Delivery Attempts

  • If you're unavailable at the time of delivery, our courier may try again or contact you directly.

  • After multiple failed attempts, the order may be returned, and re-shipping charges will apply.

  • Please ensure your address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays due to incorrect addresses.

  • If your package is damaged or lost, contact us at info@ahmedsweets.pk and we’ll assist you.

 

🚫 8. Shipping Limitations

  • Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not deliver to P.O. Boxes or remote areas.

  • We will notify you if your area falls outside our delivery coverage.

 

🌍 9. International Orders

  • International shipping is not available at this time.

  • Any such orders will be automatically canceled and refunded.
